Return Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns: Excludes non-room temperature shipment items. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, you must contact the company’s customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted.
